Sime Darby Joy Industries designs and fabricates air cooled heat exchangers (ACHE) and shell & tube heat exchangers (STHE) which are available in a wide range of models and type, from small coolers to large cooling units, in engine driven, electric motor driven and hydraulic motor driven configurations. We also manufacture replacement tube bundles for any cooler in service.

Our heat exchangers are designed and custom engineered to your requirement. Our coolers are used in the oil and gas application such as natural gas compression, lube oil cooling, process cooling and many others.

Thermal designs are optimised by our in-house software and then presented with HTRI. We provide a thermal guarantee and manufacturing warranty.
Fabrication conforms to API 660, TEMA and ASME requirements. We are also ISO 9000 certified.

We are equipped to handle a wide range of materials including speciality materials like Duplex stainless steel, 300 and 400 series stainless steel, nickel alloy, copper alloy, Incoloy, Hastelloy, titanium, 254SMO, 904L as well as carbon steel.
