Terberg Tractors Malaysia (TTM) is a 50:50 joint venture company between Terberg Beheer BV, Holland and Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd. Terberg Beheer BV is a 140 year old Netherlands based group of company specialising in design and manufacture of special vehicles.

TTM was established in 2005 to develop the Asia Pacific market for Terberg terminal tractors Model YT180 and 220. Currently, more than 1,000 units of terminal tractors have been sold to various ports’ operators in the region namely PSA Singapore, Jakarta International Container Terminal in Indonesia, Saigon Newport in Vietnam, Jawaharlal Nehru Port in India, South Asia Gateway Terminals in Sri Lanka, Red Sea Gateway Terminal in Jeddah, Port of Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia, Asian Terminal Inc. in Philippines, etc. Besides the Asia Pacific region, TTM also exportx the terminal tractors to ports in Middle East countries i.e. Port of Salalah in Oman, Mercin Port in Turkey and Port of Morocco.

In November 2005, TTM signed a Manufacturing Agreement with Tractors Manufacturing & Assembly Sdn Bhd to be the appointed manufacturer of Terberg machine for the region.

Currently, TTM has 8 dealers in the selected developing countries to represent our Terberg Terminal Tractors with inclusive after sales support.
